Monkfruit is my preference because sugar poses significant threats to oral health and contributes to chronic diseases. While there are numerous “monkfruit” choices available on Amazon, this is the only option that I have found to be 100% monkfruit without any added erythritol, known to potentially harm the gut microbiome. If you have a sweet tooth, consider using this as a sugar replacement in your coffee or for baking. A small amount goes a long way!
